If you wish to return your item, we must receive your return request within 10 days upon receipt of the shipment. Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, any product you return must:
- Be unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition when it was received.
- The product itself is damaged, flawed, or not as described. (Other reasons such as No longer needed or Bought by Mistake are not eligible reasons for a return)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Exchanges (If Applicable)
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one.

An amount of 20% of the total product value will be charged as a stocking fee for the return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you shall use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
